Design Review

Sample & Revision

Step 04

Mass Production

Production is scheduled after the approved sample and order details are confirmed, with updates at key manufacturing stages.

◷Standard production is around 20–40 days, subject to quantity, complexity and schedule.

Quality Check & Delivery

Appearance, craftsmanship, needle detection and packaging are checked before delivery is arranged under the confirmed shipping plan and trade terms.

What information should I provide for a quote? +

Please share artwork or references, target size, estimated quantity, destination market and expected delivery date. Material, craft, packing and testing requirements help us quote more accurately.

Can I request a quote without a professional design file? +

Yes. We accept hand sketches and clear reference images, then let you know what additional information is needed after review.

Can I order a sample before mass production? +

Yes, standalone sampling is available. The sample fee is assessed by design and the current confirmed policy refunds it above 1,000 pieces of the same design.

How many sample revisions are included? +

The current confirmed policy includes two free revisions. Extra rounds, a complete remake or a major direction change may affect cost and timing and will be confirmed per project.

How do you ensure product quality? +

Production follows the approved sample. Appearance, craftsmanship, needle detection and packing are checked to the agreed project requirements; the inspection standard and available records are confirmed per order.

Do you ship internationally? +

Yes. Sea freight, air freight or express shipping can be discussed, with EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP terms available subject to project confirmation.
